Lead multi-million dollar projects from planning to execution in accordance with the School’s Capital Project Plan to ensure successful completion (high quality, timely and within budget). Projects included construction of new Multi- Purpose Gymnasium (Fabric Tension Structure) and Fine Arts Theatre (USD4M), US Security Grant Projects, Playground (US$75K), Classroom Wing USD510k, Park Upgrade (USD441) and Innovation Labs (USD125K) among many others including Science Lab and Library Upgrades

Spearhead the development and implementation of a Board approved School Asset Management Policy and Procedure

Oversee the procurement of all school fixtures, fittings, equipment and supplies including the preparation of Request for Proposals and Vendor contracts

Oversee and manage the day to day physical operation of the school, its building and MEP systems, and programs including maintenance, janitorial, cafeteria services, security, health and safety to ensure successful performance of operational services

Lead and manage school and community events hosted at the facility as Chair of the schools Events Committee to support PTO, School-wide and Student-led events

Work collaboratively with department heads and senior leadership, faculty, staff and students to discuss end-user needs to set strategic priorities and project plans for the facilities

Develop and oversee School’s Facility Usage Policy and Procedures

Responsible for vendor management including janitorial, landscaping, security, cafeteria services etc.

Develop, monitor and evaluate the school facility’s Preventative Maintenance Management Program to ensure the safety, wellbeing of our community and the optimal functionality and continuity of operations in the built environment

Direct and manage expatriate staff housing and lease administration

Participate as an active member of the School’s Senior Leadership Team

Teach Grade 11 and 12 Service Learning Class, Supervisor for IB Personal Project

Proactively source, negotiate and administer vendor or contractor agreements to ensure quality services and goods are provided to meet specifications, on-time and within budget.

Participate in the evaluation of quotes /proposals/tenders to ensure that any award is in the best interests of the organization.

Work collaboratively to develop and oversee the risk management process to minimize risk exposure and establish a healthy and safe environment for our students, families, and staff
